Eligible Destinations: Jack Archer partners with DHL and UPS to ship orders to the contiguous 48 states + Washington DC, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

Order Fulfillment: 

1. We allow our fulfillment team  up to 2  business days to pick, pack, and ship orders

Shipping timing: 

1. Shipping options and associated costs are presented during order checkout. 

2. Once an order is processed, we will immediately dispatch and you should receive your products in 6 to 8 calendar days.

   • Economy Shipping (6-8 business days):  Free (on orders >$50)

Order Tracking: 

1. Orders may be tracked here (link). Please note for orders shipped via DHL, browser security settings may need to be adjusted to view their tracking page. 

Shipping Updates: 

1. Fulfillment and shipping updates will be sent to the email address you used to place your order as the order is processed.
