  1. Eligibility and Conditions

    1. Returns allowed?: Yes

    2. The following conditions apply to the Return policy:

      1. Requirements 

        1. The following will be required to process a return request:

          1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

      2. Exclusions

        1. Returns will not be provided under the following circumstances

          1. Items marked as final sale, gift cards, bespoke products, and gifts with purchase are all ineligible for return.

          2. Exchanges are final 

          3. International orders are not eligible for return

          4. Intimate clothes (such as boxers) 

  1. Return Window

    1. Window length: 30 days

    2. Window start date: The return window starts as of the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier

  2. Return Shipping Fees

    1. Return shipping label cost responsibility party: The Customer 

  3. Refund Initiation: 

    1. Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected by our team, we will initiate the refund transaction.

  4. Holding Customer Funds: 

    1. Customer funds will be held temporarily until we can confirm the receipt of the returned items and verify that they meet the refund eligibility criteria.  Holding customer funds helps us prevent fraudulent or unauthorized returns and ensures a fair and secure return process.

  5. Terms: 

    1. Please note that this return processing policy may be subject to change at the discretion of Jack Archer. Any updates or modifications to this policy will be communicated to customers through appropriate channels. By continuing with a purchase from Jack Archer, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this return processing policy.

  6. Return Processing: 

    1. To submit a return request, if you haven’t yet done so, please provide your order ID and shipping address to our returns portal
